I'm looking for weeky/monthly drum circles to participate in in Las Vegas. Just moved here from across the country and am itching to find a great community to drum with.

Red Rock Canyon Drum Circle Each Sunday just west of Las Vegas, Nevada.

With day light shorter during the Fall & Winter Season many are starting to gather after 3:00:PM till just after dark.

From Las Vegas take W. Charleston west of Red Rock Casino and I-215 till you enter Red Rock Canyon Park. Keep going on Charleston (6.5 miles from Red Rock sign) past the cattle grade, Calico Basin road, past the loop. After you get past those we are like the 3rd hiking road (Closed Camping Area) on the right side (Mountain Side) of the road, where people just park on the shoulder & get out to hike. (This is also past the horse riding ranch on left and before Spring Mt. Ranch.) I believe it may be called Oak Creek .
We are the only pull off that has an actual gate that can be opened to allow the BLM Rangers too have access and the road in is large enough for a truck to go down, but it’s locked of course to the public. There is a small entrance to the left of the gate that you can walk through, this site used to be open for camping, so as you walk down the road you’ll come to a billboard on the right that they used for camper postings, this is where you make a left and follow the built trail which slightly curves to the right, you’ll come to 2 large trees next to a dry wash river bed. That’s our spot! You’ll know you’re in the right spot if you see a whole bunch of rock art strewn about and hear drum music of see people with drums, hula hoops, tambourines, bells in tribal dress or smell incense.
